Ana’s meditation sessions are personalized, guided, and built around what you’re actually carrying. She uses a range of techniques, from breath-anchored practices and body scans to visualization, mantra, and womb-space meditation, selecting the approach that matches your nervous system state and your goals for that session.

Many clients combine meditation with other services. After an acupuncture session or a yoni steam, a guided meditation deepens the integration and extends the therapeutic effect of the work done.
