Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands into the recipient’s energy field. It is gentle, non-invasive, and deeply restorative… working on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers simultaneously.
For many women, Reiki addresses what nothing else has… the stored emotional weight, the grief that sits in the chest, the anxiety that doesn’t respond to logic, the spiritual disconnection that comes after years of giving and not receiving.
Ana’s Reiki sessions are informed by her broader training in TCM, herbalism, and spiritual practice. She doesn’t just move energy… she reads it, identifies what’s blocked or stagnant, and works with intention to restore flow throughout the whole system.

The Session
45–60 minutes of hands-on and hands-hovering energy work. Most clients enter a deeply meditative state.

Integration
