Private yoga and breathwork with Ana is nothing like a studio class. There is no sequence to follow, no poses to perform correctly, no comparison to anyone else. Every session is built in real time around what your body needs that day… informed by your cycle phase, your stress level, your physical state, and your emotional landscape.

She draws on her training in yoga therapy, somatic movement, and pranayama (breathwork) to create sessions that work with the nervous system rather than pushing through it. For women living with hormonal dysregulation, burnout, or chronic stress, this approach can be profoundly healing… sometimes more so than any supplement or treatment.

Breathwork in particular is one of the most powerful tools available for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and hormonal balance. Ana uses a range of techniques, from gentle pranayama to more active breath patterns, depending on what your body calls for.
